It the the Firm’s policy to screen and research various insurance companies at least annually as to their product design and quality. Rather than offer many companies who have similar returns and premiums, it is the intent of the Firm to write a lot of insurance with a few most competitive carriers for the purpose of providing good consumer value to our clients.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER that the investments in Variable Insurance Products and/or their underlying investments or sub-accounts or any other structured product are subject to risk, including the potential for principal loss.
We remind you to consider all of the investment objectives and the Risks associated with the Variable Annuity and its subaccounts. You need to carefully consider the impact of the charges and expenses and should always receive and review the associated Prospectus before making a decision.
The Prospectus will identify and explain all of the charges and fees and other expenses associated with your intended investment and if there is anything you do not understand, we will be happy to assist you. You may request a current Prospectus from us regarding your intended product purchase or you may have us request it directly from the insurer to be sent to you. We strongly advise you to read the Prospectus very carefully, especially the Prospectus Offering Statements before investing.
If for some reason you do want a particular product and or underlying unit investment trust, please be assured we will do everything we can to get it for you, either through direct brokerage Selling Agreements with the insurance companies themselves or through a cooperating broker dealer and/or insurance brokerage arrangement.
